Can you read the book and work the system on your own? Sure. Will you be successful? Maybe. How can you improve your chance of success? Learn a system, interact with a coach and other job seekers, and most importantly – be accountable to others for attaining your goals.

We can turn job search uncertainty into confidence

The Get Hired Now! program is for you if:

• You haven’t conducted a job search in a number of years and are not sure how to use social media, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, or Facebook, to network for a new job


• You have been looking for work for a while and have not made progress


• You feel like you’ve been going in circles and would like a clear-cut direction


• You are not sure how you should spend the majority of your job search time


• Your motivation is low and you could use a boost from a group of enthusiastic peers

Meetings are conducted by phone, starting with two 90-minute sessions devoted to learning the Get Hired Now! methods and creating your personal job search plan. Your coach will review your job search plan and work with you to refine it for maximum benefit.

Next, participants follow their job search plan for 28-days, with weekly 60-minute group calls. During these calls each participant gives a progress report, followed by coaching around specific problems and resource sharing. You will be surprised at the tips you will pick up by simply listening to what worked – and what didn’t – for your peers.

All calls are recorded, so if you can’t make the call, you’ll still get to listen and learn how your classmates are progressing. And you will be asked for a progress report even if you can’t make the call.

The cost for the entire program is $247, which includes all six training/coaching calls, as well as e-mail and phone access to your job search coach.
